Good points: it heats up so quick (10 mins max) easy to use.
Bad points: none so far!!.

Good points: STILL A LITLE TOO EARLY TO COMMENT BUT HAVE HAD SEVERAL NEFF OVENS AND APPLIANCES OVER THE YEARS AND WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PARTICULAR MODEL.
Bad points: HARD WORK KEEPING THE STAINLESS STEEL CLEAN, FINGER MARKS ON THE OUTSIDE.

Good points: We up graded from a 20 year old Neff oven that has given great service. This new model has some great improvements and should prove even more successful. A great product.
Bad points: None that we can find.
